PCOS troubles?

Okay. So I'm new to this PCOS thing. My doctor was very vague about it. He said I could or could not have it. From A LOT of research I think I might for sure have it. There is a 5 year age gap between my kids (despite trying for years). I am growing hair abnormally, and I am losing a lot of my actual hair daily. I can run my fingers through my hair and get almost fists full of hair. I am getting super insecure about all of this. I have one ovary due to a cyst causing me to get one removed. Any advice? Opinions (no judgement please)?
