Could I be anemic?

Question

I have been getting light headed when standing and weak lately. Twice this weak I feel super weak all day. Feels like my heart is racing at times and my head pounds when I stand up too fast. Have dr apt Wednesday and I’ll ask to be tested. Anyone had similar symptoms? I checked and My blood pressure isn’t out of normal range.

I have chronic anemia and low blood pressure. When I'm anemic the symptoms are constant everyday, all day. The low blood pressure comes and goes though. Especially if I'm dehydrated or stressed. 
Low blood pressure is very common in pregnancy. Good your getting checked out to find out what it is. Because it really could be a handful of things x
