Oh man I messed up

This is so freaking like.. shameful because I know better. But I am supposed to be on antidepressants. Recently I just had hemorrhagic cyst rupture and bleed out into my guts and it was excruciating. It was so painful I had to be given morphine in the ER, so I guess I do have an excuse here for not taking my meds. I guess I was just so.. preoccupied by that pain that I just completely forgot that I need to take a pill everyday. It’s 100mg Zoloft and I have missed it by 4 days... what do I do? Should I start taking them again or call my doctor and ask him what to do?
