Dieting while breastfeeding
Can anyone recommend a good diet while breastfeeding?
My husband and I started a low carb/no sugar diet a few days ago. But I’ve been reading that low carbs can be bad for breastfeeding. I do try to eat healthy but I do not want it to effect my breastfeeding
