I'm on baby #3 with the first one I cut it out completely, second I limited, and with this one the only thing I don't drink is coffee because he doesn't like it lol! But I need my caffeine to keep up with my other 2 lol!

My first I cut caffeine completely but with this one I have on average about two cups with cream a day.  
Other caffeinated drinks make me feel sick or get a headache.

I still have my odd ice coffee but I make sure it’s under 200 mg of caffeine.

I don’t drink soda, or anything with carbonation, and the smell of coffee literally makes me nauseous this pregnancy so I’m avoiding 😂

I have a cup of chai every other day and if I have soda I have caffeine free. But that’s just before pregnancy.
