Perineal tear not from childbirth! Help!

I have no insurance so I should start there. My husband and I were having sex and took a wrong angle with a bad thrust and ended up tearing my perineum.

It isn't bleeding but hurts significantly. It's a good tear and clearly torn but I think it's only a 1st degree tear, especially since it isn't still bleeding.

What should I do to heal it? Would a zip stitch or something be a good option? Skin glue? How to I care for it or how long should I expect it to take to heal?
