What Would You Do?

Hello all. I am pregnant with my 4th child and due to my previous pregnancies, I am always at high risk (severe preeclampsia). I’m about 10 weeks and still haven’t been to my first prenatal appointment (due to a long waitlist or doctors not being available). With my second baby they had me take 81 mg of aspirin daily to help my preeclampsia (which I believe worked). I had an appointment today but they had to reschedule me to Tuesday. I’m being extremely paranoid (thinking that something bad is going to happen if I don’t be seen). I’m having pretty mild to severe, lower back pain today and I’m tempted to just go to the ER because I know that they’ll do emergency ultrasounds (which is all I’m wanting, to check if everything is alright in there). What would you do?
