I’m so heartbroken
I’m so heartbroken I’m suppose to be 6 weeks 1 day today and my baby is only measuring 5 weeks 5 days..... I’ve been spotting since Saturday after I had sex... is this a miscarriage? She said she saw no fetus I’m so heartbroken is this another miscarriage? 😢😢
