Spotting at 5 weeks 3 days

Hi all, I am 5 weeks and 3 days and since I hit 4 weeks I've been having brown discharge, no blood. No cramps or pain, just very tired. Getting my levels checked, yesterday's hcg was 4890 and getting tested again on Friday. Anyone has spotted for more than a week early pregnancy and was fine?
