My mom called me a fat cow

I went to my dad's for the day because he needed help picking out the colors I wanted my room to be painted. We picked them out and I helped him paint some of it. I had to go back home because I have school tomorrow so when I got home I ate some ice cream. I didn't know it was my moms. When she saw I was eating it she started yelling at me and slapped it out of my hand. She also told me to stop eating you fat cow... Shes said mean things to me before but that one hurt the most and now I hate my body even more 😞😞😞
