Transitioning to crib
Posting in this group because I notice people answer more on here. My son is 9 months old and we bed share. For the past few weeks he keeps moving in his sleep like he’s not comfortable or something and tossing and turning all night long and the only thing to get him to stop is letting him use my nipple as a pacifier. It’s killing me, my back hurts and with him moving so much I can’t sleep. I don’t feel comfortable putting him in his own room so I’m gonna move his crib to my room but he hates sleeping in his crib and I really don’t want to do the cry it out method. Any suggestions on how to transition him to his crib with having him cry it out? He’s never slept anywhere else besides my bed snuggling me so I’m sad about this and worried it’s not gonna go well and I feel terrible about it but it will be safer him being in his own bed since he likes to wake up and try to crawl off the bed. Any advice for me?
