Opk ?

How long does it take for the test line to lighten and the hormone to go back down? I figured it would have dropped back to normal by now. This is the first time I have ever used the dye opks I usually use the digital one so I'm not too familiar with everything.

Also do you ovulate the day you get your peak or the day after? I got my peak around 4pm and only got the chance to baby dance that night around 1am and the night before that..and haven't been able to since as my husband has been away at work. I'm hoping it was enough we have been trying again since our chemical in November. Getting discouraged..Thanks ladies! 😁
