I have a friend that thinks her Doordash delivery person spit in her drink how likely is it, if the driver had something she’d get it?

Why would she think the delivery driver would spit in her drink? Most people aren’t out to hurt you. So why on earth would she think that?
She won’t get an STD… She could get a virus though. Probably Covid is the most serious thing she could contract. Possibly HSV-1 too since it can be transmitted through saliva, but the saliva would need to make contact with her skin. So it’s probably not as likely.
