8 week MMC & D&C advice

Hi everyone,

First off, I’m so sorry for your losses! This was my first pregnancy and I’m gutted it’s ended this way for me. I definitely never wanted to join this club but I’m glad for the collective strength we share.

Please give me any advice you have about a D&C because I’m nervous. I chose this because waiting to miscarry naturally would be too stressful for me.

How did you feel after? How long was the recovery? When did you get your regular cycle back?
