I ate these and takis through out my entire pregnancy. It made the heart burn worse but it was worth it 😂

I mean from a literal standpoint yes, they’re fine to eat but from a “should I eat this” from a healthy perspective, that would be no as they’re super processed and have no real nutritional value. I would at least go for one of the organic types with less ingredients personally, but they’re not going to cause any harm occasionally..
