Birth Control

Just want a few opinions, I know once coming off of birth control it can take several months to begin ovulation again. Speaking with doctor they don’t become concerned until about a year. It honestly feels like a big mind game, harder than expected to be patient knowing that it happens so easy for others and that some get pregnant “on” bc. How do I stop stressing myself about infertility issues ? How long did mostOf you begin ovulation after bc?
