Do I start now?

So my fertile window starts today. Do we BD starting today or do we wait until my ovulation day? I have 2 girls but they were both surprise babies so I'm new to the whole tracking, and pinpointing everything. I do know that last month my ovulation day was on the 20th. Idk if that helps guess this one or when to start.
