So annoyed (pls help)

Should I leave the appointment?

I scheduled a nail appointment with a tech who works from home yesterday at 10am. She hit me up the day before saying she forgot she had to do someone’s makeup that day & asked to reschedule at 1. I said that’s fine. So it was a little over 12:30 & she hit me up saying that she’s not sure if she can make it by 1, if we could change it to 1:30. I said that’s fine. So it’s 1 & she hits me up again apologizing & said if we could meet up at 6 instead. I told her that it wouldn’t work since I have to put my kids down for bed at 7. So she said tomorrow (which is today) at 9am. I said yeah that would be better. She told me she was gonna give me $15 off my service for the inconvenience. So I get here at 9am, I hit her up that I’m here & no response. It is now 9:47am & still no response smh. To book with her, we have to give her a $15 non refundable deposit. I just feel like this is super unprofessional of her. I want to hit her up again but I don’t wanna come off as rude. What do you guys think I should say? TIA
