I don’t think I’ll ever get pregnant 😭

I don’t think I’m going to ever get pregnant I’ve been trying for a year and 4-5 months and no luck at all. My periods are all over it’s 31-40 days this month I’m 7 days early I’m gutted. I’ve been having shooting pains in my sides for a year I got checked out and I have fuild behind my womb but my overies and everything seemed normally they said and the fuild won’t stop me he said. I feel like if I go on the pill to regulat my period for a couple month like 2 month would it help increase my chances of getting pregnant or be slit harder???
