Anxiety issues

So I've had anxiety for probably 7yrs now. Haven't taken anything for it. I get anxiety easily most days or others it starts out of no where. I recently started meditation, in the moment it kind of helps. I just recently left my husband of 8yrs but there was sometimes physical, always mental,emotional and verbal abuse. I've turned cold hearted towards him because this needed to happen but he was sometimes my go to person that would help when I'd have anxiety others I dealt with it myself. I try to do things natually without meds but if I end up needing them then I'll take them so not all the way against it.

How do you guys manage your anxiety?

I'm going to call around for a therapist tomorrow.
