So much for that

After having a recent miscarriage in January and a 2 trimester miscarriage last September I just knew getting a positive pregnancy ( currently 18 dpo) test this go round would be it ! Started bleeding today and I’m devestated. I don’t see how women can hold onto hope. I think I’m done trying
