Help! Is this normal or should I be worried?

I’m currently between 3-5 weeks. The doctor can’t confirm how far along I am because my hcg level is only 63 and it’s too early for an ultrasound. I’m having light cramps with light pink/brown discharge that comes and goes. There’s no blood clots or anything but I am RH negative. I don’t know if I need to be worried or not

It could be normal or it really could not. Don't stress too much about it. What was the Dr's orders? Did they tell you to come back after 3 days to test your HCG levels again?
Sometimes woman do bleed/spot in early pregnancy and continue to have full term healthy pregnancies.
I for one had a very heavy unexplained bleed around 12 weeks and my baby was born full term and completely healthy.
Try not to stress. Thinking about you and praying your HCG levels increase as they should and you have a healthy pregnancy❤️
