I think it’s also sometimes due to needing more calcium. I get terrible leg cramps even before being pregnant and that’s what I’ve always been told. I’ve been getting them more frequent now being pregnant. I get a lot of vitamin D so I know it’s not that for me.
Leg cramps
I woke up yesterday with the worse leg cramp I’ve ever had in my left calf.. it’s still there and it’s been over 24 hours. WHAT CAN I DO!?
