Miscarriage then Ectopic

So, I experienced my first ectopic pregnancy, only a few months after my first miscarriage.

This experience has been a scary one. What I thought was my period, after being 1 week late, was not. I bled for 3 weeks before I had any answers. I had a couple ultra sounds, two on top, two vaginally and a ton of blood tests.

Neither showed anything in my Fallopian tubes or uterus. I had zero pain on my sides.

My hcg levels were climbing but at an abnormal rate, not doubling like it should have been to signify a healthy pregnancy.

My dr recommended a laparoscopy in his suspicion of an ectopic pregnancy. I have 3 small incisions around my belly which were used to scope for the pregnancy. He found a large mass/growth/pregnancy in my right Fallopian tube. He removed my entire tube.

I am confident that I will get pregnant again. If you’re going through what I went through, remind yourself that you only need 1 Fallopian tube and 1 ovary to get pregnant.

What’s meant to be yours, will be.
