Zofran no help?

Im now about 24 weeks and have been throwing up every single day no matter what I eat or drink (even water). I am miserable! I even throw up a little blood after emptying whatever food I have in my stomach. . My doctor prescribed me Zofran but it doesn’t help at all. Any advice please? I need to keep something down at-least but I’m not sure how.

Try unisom and b-6. Helped out so much and safe to take! I was in your shoes and would throw up all day everyday, it was hard but I took those two and it stopped!

I’m only 7 weeks but the same has been going on my doctor prescribed me doxylamine10mg you take 2 at night on a empty stomach which is fairly easily given i can’t hold anything down besides licking the salt off crackers but it puts me to bed and my morning sickness doesn’t last all day maybe you can ask your doctor if it’s something that can help i was on zofran at first i like the taste but it did nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️
