Cervical Mucus

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone has the se experience as mine.

I always have a lot of cervical mucus discharge, and I will wear panty liners everyday. And I found out one day, it is not healthy to always wear panty liners.

I started to not wearing panty liners, but the cervical mucus will leave dry marks on my underwear everyday. It's so hassle and I will wash my underwear first before put it in my laundry basket.

Can someone share their experience and how to solve this?
