TWW positive OPK after ovulation?

Help! I'm so overthinking everything! I'm new to tracking my ovulation. This is my first time. A few days after BD I had twinges and mild cramps. Been having them for a week now and my period is 11 days away 😭

A lot of uncomfortable cramping here and there,

I've had a body temp of 98.5 for the past 4 days.

I took the first opk Saturday

And I took another one today. Is this negative or positive? Also I'm only 4dpo...according to the info I put .
