my doctors told me it’s fine as long as you aren’t consuming like pounds of it at a time & it’s not frequent

As long as the meat is cooked and hot, you can eat it. I asked my doctor this same question. Same goes for hot dogs and any deli meat. You could probly even ask for them to warm the up before it’s toasted
