I’ll start! I hit my very first 10k steps in idk how long, probably years! I emailed myself this so I can look back on that moment and realize how far I’ve come. I’ve really been focusing on my health recently and working on my body! Before I was hitting only 1,200 steps on a good day then I set my limit to 2,000 which was hard. After a month of hitting 2,000 now my steps were hitting between 3,500-6,500! I was determined to get 10k and did it!
