Help please

Hey ladies I really need advice I have no older sisters , I told this one guy I had 1 body (I have 2)when we first started to talk thinking we wouldn’t become something serious but we definitely are now and every time I think about it I feel so guilty lying to him.. should I tell him the truth or just keep shut ? He is now my 3rd body and I just feel horrible for not telling him he’s so kind to me
