Open the maternal plasma specifications lab again and then click on “open note” for more details.

It should state the results under fetal sex. The results will state “consistent with female” or “consistent with male.” Hope that helps.

I think it might just be saying the test is 99.9% accurate in identifying the Y chromosome.  I don’t believe it’s actually saying the Y chromosome is present. But yeah, confusing!  Sorry girl!
