Taking time off

So I have been doing IVF for a while now (3 yrs). Thankfully I have insurance that helps me with the cost. Still expensive but it's what we do. So my Dr told me about tru niagen and pterostilbene pills. I decided to take a few months off to let these pills get into my system. I also have some other health issues I'm dealing with. My question to you is have any of you gotten pregnant after trying IVF for such a long time with no luck on your own in your 40's? I'm hoping maybe I have a stroke of luck with taking these new pills plus my normal prenatal, vitamin d and coq10. Please let me hear any of your stories!
