CoQ10 fertility supplement?🤔🤔

Anyone got pregnant taking coQ10 as a supplement?

My fertility dr told me and my husband to take 600mg per day for egg health, so we did. We had to do IVF but we had very good numbers (all eggs mature, most fertilized, and lots made it to freeze) so I think the CoQ10 helped! We took the Qunol ubiquinol brand.

I started taking it after my second miscarriage, got pregnant the month after BUT I don’t think 1 month is enough to make  difference. It’s my understanding you have to take it for 3-4 months to have a positive effect on egg quality.

Yes, me! And I’m pretty sure it had something to do with getting pregnant this go around!
I’m 41 and started taking it in August of last year. I conceived in February. 
Everything I read about it says it’ll take 3-4 months for a egg to mature so it may take a bit and seems to fit for us and our calculations.
I’ve been taking 3/day with at least an hour in between each to be better absorbed
Also, ubiquinol seems to be the preferred one over CoQ10 (google Ubiquinol vs CoQ10. It gives you the side by side and how one is more beneficial, especially for fertility reasons, than the other)
