Constipation while pregnant ?

What could help me without harming the baby ?

Prunes
Apple juice
Grapes
Musli with soy yoghurt (high in fibre)
Lots of water!
Those are the first things I try for myself or my kids. 
Make sure to keep your diet generally high in fibre and keep hydrated..one of the main reason for constipation is dehydration. But during pregnancy your digestion is slowed down, so you need extra amounts of fluids and fibre. 
If non of these help, it's time to ask the doc for some mild stool softener or laxatives. As long as he knows you're pregnant he'll give you the right one.

Dried fruit helps me more than anything. I already eat a high fiber diet and drink a ton of water, but as soon as I added dried fruit the issue cleared up!
