Trying to get pregnant

I got my implant out on the 9th of this month and I’ve been trying to get pregnant since I got it removed. Haven’t had sex since the 11th but since the second day after getting it removed I would have red on the toilet paper when I wipe, then it would skip a day and now I am spotting again and it’s brown and sticky looking and have been cramping since the second day after removal. I’m taking prenatals everyday and have been taking ovulation test. Is there a chance that I could be pregnant?
