My contractions had been 2-3 minutes apart, a minute long, for over an hour. I went in and I was 1cm dilated. 🙄 be prepared for them to tell you you aren’t close but you could be! You never know.

Honestly I would still go in. I kept calling the hospital when I was in labour with contractions close together to ask if I should head over. They told me I could still talk through them so I clearly wasn't in active labour. Finally I just said fuck it and went in, I was 8.5cm 😳 lol
