What do you eat when you don't want to eat?
What are your go to snacks or meals that you can eat when you don't feel like eating?
I'm in week 15 and the food aversions are real. There's absolutely nothing I want to eat and I'm only eating because I know I have to. The blander the food the better but I'm worried about not getting the right nutrients?? (I'm taking a prenatal so I know baby will get what they need but my energy levels are flopping!)
Tonight I am making mashed cauliflower and some air fried tofu but the idea of food just turns me off so much 🤢 I couldn't deal with potato, bread, pasta or anything else today.
