Get some books and start educating yourself. I prefer doula books and midwifery books as they offer really amazing holistic practices and ways to connect with baby on a spiritual level. Congrats on your firstborn, this is a wonderful time you’re experiencing. Growing life, and bonding with the little soul that specifically choose you to be their mother is such a powerful, beautiful, amazing journey 💓
