4 year old

I don’t know is I am expecting too much from my 4year old boy. But things gets harder by the day. He doesn’t listen and he is very rough. If I ask him to do or stop something, he will stop or do it but after a little while he is back at it again. I am so tired. If he is not watching anything then he is jumping all round the house and that too very roughly. Every minute I am scared something is going to happen to him. And his little brother is kinda taking after him. I don’t know if it’s a boy thing 😰 what can I do mummies?
