Should I stop working out?

Rose

I went in for my 20 weeks scan and my midwife told me that I have a low placenta and told me to be on pelvic rest for 10 weeks which means no intercourse. I asked if I can still keep working out and she said yes and that in fact she wants me to keep working out. After telling the news to my family and friends and looking at articles, they all recommended me to not work out or at least not do weight training anymore until I know the problem has resolved. Now I don’t know what to do and the thought of stopping weight training makes me want to cry due to the fact that it lifts my spirit and keeps me going. I’m scared if I stop working out my mental state will go down hill. But I’m also scared that if I keep working out the problem may not resolve or if it doesn’t resolve I’m going to blame myself and feel terrible for working out and automatically blame it on the fact that I was working out. Any advice?
