1st trimester problems

Ny name is Erica and I'm 14 weeks pregnant,I started a experience some bleeding after I decided to have a a play session with my husband. I was bleeding on the 17th and this wasn't spotting, I went to the er and they just did and ultrasound and check my hgc levels. Everything turned out fine, I went home relaxed and the bleeding stopped. Now this morning I get up,I'm bleeding again 😑. Has anyone experienced this before?? If so please share your thoughts
