Muscle and joint pain cause of anxiety?

I’ve had muscle and joint pain that literally makes it hurt to move and walk the past 3 days and I made a Dr appt but I wanted to know of anyone else has been thru the same?

Yup, mainly muscle pain though and they would hurt. But it’s good you’re going to the doctor first to rule of out any causes.

Maybe try a chiropractor as well. I have been having a stiff neck as well as this one side of my neck sticking out more then the other for years. I honestly thought it was a tumor (thanks to my anxiety I freaked myself out) the last doctor I went to said it was stress and anxiety. She prescribed me anxiety medication to take every night. I decided to only take as needed. I took it once during a horrible attack. That medication was stroooooong. Anyways, I ended up seeing a chiropractor and realized my spine was more towards one side instead of the middle which has been causing one side of my body to lift up higher then the other. I know you aren't experiencing this exact thing but the chiropractor may be able to help if this isn't caused by  any medical issues.
