help pls

so there’s these reddish purpleish marks/dots on my skin especially my legs and I had them for a pretty long time my legs get kind of itchy and I don’t really know how those marks got there and it kind a looks like blood under my skin if anyone knows what they are please reach out to me because I really wanna know and I’ve been searching on the Internet but i couldn’t find any thanks lol bye
