Anyone have a “period” but was pregnant

*trigger warning pregnancy loss and TMI*

I had a early miscarriage a couple months ago. I started spotting at like 5 weeks and a week later had heavy bleeding and painful cramps and lost the pregnancy. Now a couple days ago I start what I assume is my period. It’s light and red but never enough to use a pad or liner. Only when I wipe. I just stopped after like 5 days but I’m now having weird symptoms. Cramps, nausea and sore boobs. I took a test and I believe I see a faint line. I’m going to wait and take another in a couple days to be for sure but has anyone has bleeding they thought was a period but ended up being pregnant. I know you can have implantation bleeding but this seemed too heavy and long to that but idk I’m just anxious because if I am pregnant again I’m terrified of having another miscarriage. Thanks!
