What is this?
I had an ultrasound today because they couldn't find the heartbeat on the doppler. Everything is normal but I noticed this when I left. I've had several ultrasounds so far and I haven't seen this on any of them. What is this hole/spot? The tech didn't say anything about it so I assume it's normal, just not sure what it is? This is a side/back view. 12w3d. I should also add this is my first pregnancy after going through infertility for 3.5 years.
