I’m only 6 weeks and I’ve been getting pain and cramps in my stomach and back is it normal as sometimes the pain is bit painful?

My doctor said is normal. Your uterus is growing and your body is changing. You will feel cramping throughout the entire pregnancy. I would not worry unless is unbereable or you have blood
