They told me I had access fluid and that they wanted to do some testing but during her anatomy scan things didn’t look like that

They would have told you if there was a concern.

To be honest all ultrasound baby have a giant head. And there was any real concern then you would have been told. The nuchal fold is what they are normally looking at. And that test would require you to be notified if any concern as well.

If your doctor isn’t concerned then I wouldn’t be. Ultrasound images can be distorted a bit so depending on when they snapped the picture could have an effect. You can always call your OB and inquire though for peace of mind.
