NECK TATTOOS
Anyone who has a neck tattoo(s)..clearly you can see the bruise in the pic. Is this normal? I hve had my neck tatted before but never bruised down like this..the flower is a cover up. Is the bruising just from how much it hurt my skin? It didnt hurt horrifically
