Toddler tantrums😪

My ds is nearly 2 and I’m really struggling with his tantrums, I can’t go anywhere with him on my own because quite truthfully I can’t seem to handle him on my own. I take him to the park and he’s throwing himself on the floor and kicking the floor screaming if I won’t let him go on anything that quite frankly could seriously hurt him.

Everyone was just staring at us because no matter how hard I tried to hold his hand or his reins he just throws himself on the floor because I’m not letting him do what he wants to do.

I take him for a small walk around our neighbourhood and if I turn the way he doesn’t want to go then straight away he’s kicking and screaming on the floor.

Just looking for some advice and kind words as I’ve been feeling really emotional about it lately like I’m doing something wrong and I feel like I’m just raising my voice to him so much🤦🏻‍♀️ maybe some advice on how I can deal with it better? He’s my first child so still learning everyday.
