Exercise and Periods
Have any of you decided to start working out, or amping up your workouts, a week or two before getting your period? Has exercise affected your period?
I notice that when I workout my cramps are lighter and sometimes my period becomes shorter. I am now 3 days late, and wonder if anyone has had a similar experience with exercise making you late?
